Unresolved Problem with Adobe

Adobe tells me they have resolved an issue (ADB-2422164-N0F2) but it is not resolved, and I don't know how to reach them to tell them so. The problem:  "  I get this message which I cannot get rid of:  "Application Has Moved.  The application has been moved from the location in which it was originally installed.  Some settings need to be repaired."
