Hello
I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements in 2019.
Can I update it to 2023 (to the latest version)
So that it works on my MAC(14.1.2).

Just let us know

    If you purchase directly from Adobe, you will be eligible for a discount if you have the serial number for the old version.

    $20 discount every time I use it--- I've been cheap in the past-- I waited till it hit a sale price of $79--- payed $59 for it. 

    Of course when the sale price is $59 there is no $20 off.

    If you have a disk of 2019 you  can toss it- it's now 100% useless, as is any downloaded version of pse 2019- they are imcompatible with your new OS.

    Your OS requires the latest version--- PSE 2024.

    There is never ever any updating in the way you talk about it.

    Each version of the program is a brand new installation- it doesn't touch any previous versions. 
    You buy a new version, install it, and use it.
    Please don't Uninstall your old version until any catalogues you created get imported into the new version.
