Please try updating Adobe Application Manager once from:

http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=447&fileID=4437 (WIN)

http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438 (MAC)

After updating Adobe Application Manager, try running the update again and see if it helps.
