Update elements 11 for RAW

I bought a new PC and reloaded Elements 11.  The program would not accept my NEF(Raw) files.  I went to "update" the program and the response back was "update server not responding; error code U41M1C213.  I have a Nikon D7100.  How do I get Elements to accept my NEF files?
