Update Error Elements 15

I’m trying to update elements 15 with photo shop raw 9.10 and I get error U44M1I210. I was advised by a Technician that he could not help  and was told to post my problem on this forum.

photo shop elements stopped  recognising my raw files from my camera sony 6500.  so I was hoping that this update would fix this.   Elements 15
