Update-Funktion in Elements 2023 ausgegraut

Hallo Zusammne,

ich habe Photoshop Elemtens 2023 installiert und alles funktioniert , auch Camera Raw. Nur die Update Funktion ist ausgegraut und funktioniert nicht. In den Diensten wird der Update Service nicht gestartet. Wenn ich ihn manuell starten will kommt die Fehlermeldung 1053 - Dienst antwortet nicht rechtzeitig. Hat jemand eine Idee? Hinweis: ich habe noch Acobat XI Pro installiert.

Hi,

The update option in Photoshop and Premiere Elements will be greyed out unless there is an update available. If your application is up to date, the option will be disabled.

To check if your application is up to date, you can cross check the installed version build number and the latest version available on the below links:
