Ik heb Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 geinstalleerd programma werkt primmamaar als ik kijk bij Help staat de optie Update in het grijs en is niet benaderbaar.

Hoe krijg ik mijn Updates binnen

You are looking at the Organizer. There is no update for the Organizer Application; only for the Editor.

If updates are gray under the help menu, then it means your application is up to date. You will be prompted to update on launch if any further updates become available. The last update was for the Editor application:
