Update Photoshop Elements 2021 and Premier Elements 2021

In Photoshop Elements 2021 and Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2021, I can't download updates.

In Creative Cloud desktop, under Applications, the two products are not listed for update.

In the two products themselves, update is inactive in the menu selection.

There is no update for this version as far as I know. You can upgrade by purchasing the latest version of the software.

The Creative Cloud desktop does not embrace Photoshop Elements.
