Is there any chance to update Photoshop Elements 2019? How can I do that?

It is necessary to use the latest Version of Camera Raw.

If you still need to upgrade, Elements 2023 is available in the market.

Yes, John, I currently have ACR 14.3 installed in Elements 2020. I expect I could upgrade it to 14.5 if need be.

And, yes, you have a good point that the DNG converter is another option.

So is Elements 2020 the earliest version where the workaround will now work?

It is necessary to use the latest Version of Camera Raw.

Each version of Elements is an independent program. However, as an owner of an older version, you are entitled to an upgrade discount when you buy a new version.
