Update [Recurring update notification for PSE13 never installs]

Adobe Photoshop Elements 13

5/17/17  got message on opening "You have a new update!

No matter if I choose "Install Now" or "Install on Exit"  it always says "successful.

But every time I go back into it I get it again, and again....

    Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

    I understand you are facing issue with updating Adobe Elements 13.

    Can we follow the following steps:

    - Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.

    or

    Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.

    - After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.(Windows)

    - After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)

    - Open Adobe Photoshop Elements

    - Click "Help"

    - Click " Updates"
