Question

Update that won't update.

I keep getting an update announcement for the same update 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.1' and 'Photoshop Camera Raw 9.0'. I follow all of the prompts and it will say that it has successfully updated, but then the next time I use elements the same update notification will appear. I've tried 'install now' and 'install on Exit' and either way is the same outcome.  Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.
