Update von Elements 13 auf Elements 2022

Ich habe von der Version 13 auf 2022 updatet. Da ich in der Version 13 noch eine Fotocollagenvorlage weiter verwenden möchte und diese im 2022 nicht mehr unterstütz wird wollte ich eine weitere Collage auf dem 13 erstellen. Den Organizer vom 13 kann ich noch öffnen. Das Öffnen der Editor 13 funktioniert hingegen nicht mehr. Wer kann mir da helfen wie ich das wieder zum Laufen bringe. Besten Dank im Voraus

Check Task Manager to confirm that Photoshop Elements Editor 13 (or 2022) is not running. The Editor process may have failed to terminate when you closed the program. If you are unable to start Elements 13 after a reboot, then we have to troubleshoot elsewhere.

Although you can have two versions of the Organizer open at the same time, you cannot do this with the Editor. I suspect that you are trying to open the Elements 13 Editor while the 2022 Editor is still open. Close one editor before opening the other.

Hallo Greg thank you for your answer. I have only the organizer 13 open, nothing else, then wen i open the editor nothing move on 😞
