Hi all - my old PSE 15 software was working fine on my brand new Mac with Sonoma OS installed. However now that I've updated from Sonoma to the new Sequoia 15.1.1 OS Photoshop Elements 15 won't open at all.
Any work around or solution to this, please? Is anyone experiencing similar? Thanks in advance - Stuart

Try a thorough preferences reset by going to

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences

and trashing the following files/folder:

Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 Settings folder

Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 Paths

com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist

Thanks for the suggestion Jeff. Unfortunately that's making no difference. Perhaps it's just too old a version now.

Unfortunately I think you might be right, Stuart.  I'm having problems with Photoshop Elements 2018 after upgrading to Mac OS Sequoia.  PE 2018 no longer accepts screenshots - neither as new images nor as pasted items.  There is a workaround - paste the screenshot into MS PowerPoint first, then copy the image before opening it in PE 2018.  Nothing terminal like in your case, but annoying none the less.

There's also a problem that appeared when I upgraded to Mac OS BIg Sur - garbled images after zooming in.  Reading your post makes me think it's about time to upgrade to the latest version.  Many thanks for your input - Duncan.
