Updating Adobe Camera Raw in PSE 2022

Question

I want to update Camera Raw in Elements 2022. I have downloaded the ACR 16.4 file and run the installer. I cannot find the update or navigate to the following:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CC/File Formats. I'm supposed to copy a .8bi file to the File Formats folder...but I don't have a .8bi file. How do I get to the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CC/File Formats folder, and where do I find the .8bi file????? Thanks.

On a Mac it's a .plugin instead of 8bi, so it would be Camera Raw.plugin

Copy Camera Raw .plugin from location Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC/File Formats and paste at the location Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/Elements 24/File Formats
