Updating elements 18

I recently purchased elements 19 in the package with premier 18 and have been using it successfully and enjoyably. with in the last few days when I open the program I get a message telling me that there is an update available. It offers me the option of updating now or updating on exit. I have tried both and neither are successful. It starts to update says please wait starting update then it crashes. I have tried it both ways and it has been unsuccessful. I tried the live chat but they were as helpful as power supply for a TRS-80 😠 can someone please help me resolve this update issue. thanks in advance!!

no lol the power supply comment was sarcasim because the onine chat was not helpful at all. The software Photoshop 18 is telling me on start up that there is an update available but when I tru to either update it NOW or ON EXIT it crashes and does not update

Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.
