Updating Elements 2020 - cant find out to install version updates?

Hi

My original issue is NIkon d780 NEF files not being uploadable to Organiser and I see posts about using DNG converter. Yet I see the Adobe site suggests an update 13 should allow this in more recent patch update.

I am therefore trying to update from v18.0 20201207.m.154403 from January 2021 to latest but the program is not auto updating. I did have Auto Updates "off" and "notifications on", however I dont seem to (or recall) having any notification. anyhow I have now turned Auto Update ON but no updates are taking place.

Not can I find anywhere under my account to let me apply patch updates?
I know there have been posts about both of these but I am struggling to find correct links etc.

Thank you

Mike Buckland.

PSE 2020 is no longer offically supported by Adobe- it's only the most current version, and one version back that gets updates.  Your camera only require ACR 12.2

When you say update 13 I assume you are talking about Adobe Camera Raw, is that correct?

Hi Glen. Thanks for reply.

Yes, you are correct it is plug-in version 12.2 for D780, not 13 as I said in my original.

Is this still unavailable to Elements2020?  If so only options are (a) use a NEF to DNG converter or (b) upgrade to Elements 2021 or 2022? Do either of these come with D780 compatibility inbuilt to you know?

Thanks.  Mike

Since sending the above I found and installed the plug-in 12.2.1 in which I think the D780 was listed as the folders were being processed during the install. However when loading files from the D780 it only processes some JPEG, ignoring the NEF "cannto be processed file is damaged or in format that cannot be included".
