Updating from PS Elements 14 to 15

I am a tutor at a community college on the Central Coast NSW. Last August 19th 2016 I bought PSE 14. I am preparing notes based on this for the course. I had updated from PSE 12 not that long ago. If the college loads PSE 15 for 2017, I have outlaid money for something which has not been used to teach as yet. I did not know that PSE 15 was coming out, or I would have waited. Is there a possibility of a free upgrade? I do recommend the PSE product and enjoy teaching it.

    Hi Greg,

You can through the free upgrade policy at link Do I qualify for a free Adobe product upgrade?  and check if you are eligible for the same.

Hope this helps. Thanks for showing your interest in PSE. Have a happy experience with PSE.

    Thanks,

    Arshla

Thanks, Arshla- but try getting past the question of "Do I qualify for a free Adobe upgrade?" on the link. The website directs me back to the forum. I have looked in my account and have the serial # and Order #.

    regards,
