Updating photoshop elements 15

I bought both photoshop elements and premiere elements. My version is 15.

The programs notifies me of updates so I launch them.

The dowload starts but at about 2% an error occur (it explains me it had not been able to download it). So i click on the registry error but it will not open the page. I later discovered my products don't get telephone support so here I'm.

I have windows 10 will all the update. I already tried uninstalling the products, clean the registry. Install one and try to update but I get the samne error as above. It appears the error is linked to phoshop camera raw 9.8.

As I stated above i have problem onlyu with the update process. I can use the program tought.

Anyone can try to help?
