Updating RAW

I have Elements version 9 which I ran on a PC and had successfully updated the RAW file to use for my camera.  I have just purchased a new iMac so have installed elements using the Mac disc. I then downloaded the MAC version of the RAW file from the Adobe site but when I try running it I get a message saying Eject Disk Image and then it closes.  I have spoken to Apple or referred me to Adobe and Adobe chat said to look on here

You could try installing the newest adobe application manager and then use Help>Updates from within the pse 9 editor.

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager

If that doesn't work then download the camera raw 6.5 for elements 9 update.

Adobe - Photoshop Elements : For Macintosh

and follow the directions on the following page under Creative Suite 5.5, 5, and 4

Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
