Upgarding to Elements 2021

Hello,

I have photoshop and premiere elements 13. I want to upgrade to 2021 version. Do I need to buy the full license or I am eligible for the upgrade.

I am not sure if the upgrade is only for one version a year before?

Shop around first though. You'll often find a new full license is cheaper than the upgrade price.
