Can I buy upgrade from Element 12 to version 19

Sometimes authorized online and big boxl resellers will sell Photoshop Elements below Adobe's upgrade pricing, especially during a holiday season.

You can use the PSE 2019 free trial for 30 days. When PSE 2020 is released (expected in October) you can use the new version free for another 30 days.

Just to add to what Jon has said, upgrade pricing is generally available to owners of ANY previous version of Elements. And if you don't want to wait for a newer version of Elements to be released, you can get a 30 day free trial of Elements 2019 here. A lot has changed since version 12, so you will be able to get a head start on any newer version that may be coming out.

Sure Greg. But why is the automatic moderation letting through so many pretend Adobe scammerrs? I would prefer to alert real Adobe customers to potential theft.
