Upgrade

I currently have an older copy of photoshop elements. I want to upgrade but also include premier elements. Can I do that for upgrade pricing?

Yes, it looks like you can.  If you click on the upgrade price link, you will be taken to a dialog where there is a dropdown list for which program you already own.  I just entered Photoshop Elements as a choice and the price did not change.  But I did not go any further than that with the purchase.  Please report back if you are able to get the upgrade price on your final checkout.
