Upgrade a very old PE version 11 catalog to the newest PE version?

We have an old Photoshop Elements version 11 with many photos.
This old version yields problems with Windows 10.
Therefore I want to buy a new Photoshop Elements 18 2020 version.
But can this new Elements version also import the old version 11 catalog?

Elements 2020 will give you the option to convert your old catalog when you open the Organizer after installation.  The old catalog will be renamed with a suffix of -n and can still be used in Elements 11.
