Upgrade Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 to 2021

Hi,I would like to find out if there is a possibility of upgrading my existing Adoboe 2019 to the 2021 version ?

That will require purchase of the latest version. Each version is independent. If you purchase from Adobe, you may get a discount as a repeat customer, but shop around.

Adobe often run some limited-time promotions - sometimes 25% or 30% off the full-price - which works out as an even better deal than the standard upgrade discount. Unfortunately, there is no promotion running at the moment, but if money is tight and you're willing to wait you might want to hang on and see if Adobe announced another promotion in the near future.
