Does Elements 2020 come as a complete program without subscription? Is there a discount for Veterens? I have elements 6, does that get me an upgrade at a cheaper rate?

Hi, haloterry and first, thank you for your service to country.  If it was my call you'd get a few bucks off for that but I'm not aware of any discounts for Vets.  However, get $20 off PSE 2020 for being a current owner.  Go here for a 30 Day Free Trial and check the box "I own a previous version of Photoshop Elements."
