I have just purchased Elements 2018. How can I use a backup taken on Elements 11 and restore it to Elements 2018. Elements 2018 seems to want a *.tly file which is not present in the folder containing the Elements 11 backup. Any ideas?
Are you sure that you used the Backup Command in the PSE 11 to make full backup? If so, the folder will include the .tly file. If you did not and you still have the installation and PC with your PSE 11 installed, try to make another full backup from within the Organizer.
