Upgrade from Photoshop Elements 15 to 2021

I was wondering how much does it cost to upgrade. I only see 'buy' option on the website. Thanks.

It looks like there is currently a 40% sale (for Black Friday).  This is cheaper than the normal upgrade.  Each version is separate.  An upgrade merely gives you the new program for a discount.
