Upgrade nimmt Seriennummer nicht an

Hallo!

Ich habe eine registrierte Version von Elements 15 auf meinem Rechner.

Ich wollte jetzt ein, bei Amazon erworbenes, Upgrade auf Elements 18 installieren.

Bei Eingabe der Seriennummer der 2015 Version erscheint die Fehlermeldung :

Diese Seriennummer ist für Adobe Elements 2018 nicht gültig.

Was läuft hier verkehrt?

Auf der CD Hülle steht: Upgrade von einer früheren Version von Elements. (nicht von 2017 gab es die?)

Folglich gilt diese ja auch für 2015

    Ich bin auf der Rückseite der Win CD fündig geworden.

    Auf der iOS CD stand nichts.

    Jetzt läuft PSE18 !!!

    If you are installing PSE 2018 on the same computer as PSE15 you should only need the new serial number. It should be inside the box on the disk wrapper or cardboard packaging. If you purchased a download from Amazon you possibly have a redemption code which needs to be converted into a serial number.

    I don‘t have a new serial number . Ii‘s an Upgrade. I‘ve looked for nut i dindn‘t found
