upgrade photo shop elements from 2020 to 2022

Never used Elements, but want to.  Got 2020 w/Dell computer.  I want 2022 version upgrade so I can learn on the latest version.  How to do this?

Each version of Elements is independent.  Since you got your older version of the program via an OEM (Dell) copy, I'm not sure if you are eligible for a prior user discount.  But you may be.  If you have registered your copy in an Adobe.com account, then you may be eligible for the discount.    You may want to contact Adobe Support about it.  You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Yes, I was eligible and after finding a good phone number got great help from Adobe updating and have even pulled all pictures from around hard drive into the new pgm.  Thanks  jb
