Upgrade problem

Whilst trying to upgrade from Elements 11 to 15 when I get ti the payment site, despite the URL showing =GB, I'm locked into US payment details so am unable to complete the purchase.

Any idea how I proceed?

Is your Adobe ID connected to a UK or US address?

Thanks for the reply.

As far as I know UK account.

When I initially go to the upgrade site it shows cost in GBP, then click on upgrade it very briefly shows a UK upgrade amount before flicking to show in USD.
