I am running Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 & Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.

I keep getting a popup dialog box suggesting to upgrade to these products.

Why?

    Did you go to Help > Sign in from the Editor menu and enter your serial number?

    If not, it thinks that you have a trial version.

    Correct, I was signed in with the trial version. Had to sign out then back in.
