Upgrade to Elements 2019 [Organizer opens but Editor will not]

Question

I upgraded to Elements 2019. The organizer opens but the editor will not. What should I do to have access to the editor? When I try to open it, I am prompted to sign in but all I get is an ad for a 30 day trial.
