I have Photoshop Elements 13 on my pc. I would like info. about any issues, challenges, changes when I upgrade to the latest version. I also need guidance about workflow, file management etc. I could be more efficient! What are the best guides/tutorials etc. to help me? Thanks!

Adobe usually releases a new version each year in October; so I’m guessing it may be worthwhile waiting for PSE 2019 before purchasing an upgrade.
