Upgrading from an older version?

I have a version of photoshop elements (No Number) that I purchased with a Leica camera in 2002.  The disc has successfully installed this on two previous PC's, but my new computer will not accept the disc.  I have a code on the disc.  Which version should I download?

    You can try to download and install from here:

    Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

    The serial number is version specific, however.
