Use of Guide lines in Elements 11

After you have positioned guide lines on an image is it possible to save the guide line when saving the file, so that the guide lines show when opening the jpeg file at a later date

    You should be able to save the Guides with the jpeg file.

    Anyway it works here with the mac version of pse 11.
