I want to print the user manual for PSE 2018 but I can't find a printable version.  In the past Adobe has made a pdf version available, but it does not appear to be the case with this new edition.  Is there one available now and if so, where?  Is there ever going to be a printable version available?  Thanks for any help about this.

    Then, use the link I gave above to download the editor pdf help file (378 pages) and the organizer one (147 pages). That covers everything for Elements 15 and you have videos or online help for what is new in version 2018.

    If you have the English version, try the eLive help resources.

    You are welcome to ask here go get help for more specific questions.

    We hope an updated version for PSE 2018 in a couple of month... but really 99% of what you need is already available in the linked pdfs.

    As a matter of fact, the pdfs are valid for Elements 15, not 13...

    Download the editor and organizer versions and look at the online help for what is new. There is not much to change from the version 15 pdf help.

    Pdf manuals are not yet ready, and that's true for other Adobe softwares as well... Be patient.
