Using Elements 2018 exif files to get shutter actuation count

I am unable to ascertain the shutter actuation count for my Nikon D500 using the ....File.....File Info.....RAW Data..."search for Image No."    method advocated for use with Elements 11 and Photoshop CC. I am using Elements 2018.

I also suspect that this will yield the shutter count for the RAW files only.

I have tried many free sites with no success, but then I am not a computer fundi.

I only want to use the facility once or twice a year to keep track of my usage.

Can anyone help me with the simplest method of doing this?
