Using ICC Printer Profiles to have Images printed at an outside Lab

In Photoshop CS6 I can Assign a ICC Printer Profile to be used by an outside Photo Lab to print my images.

Can the same thing be accomplished in Photoshop Elements 15.

  If so how to you do it.
