I have multiple questions of which "live" help is incapable of reading.

1. Would I be able to receive support for PSE 11 rather than 2021 which I'm no liking how its presented?

2. How does one change "notifications" via mobile versus email? I've tried to change it and am unable to do so.

3. What exactly do plans mean? One cannot receive support without paying monthly or what hav you? I have not been able to locate any documentation on this subject.

1. No. PsE 11 is way out of date and will not run on certain newer operating systems.

2. If you mean the notifications for replies to a post or a reply you made on these forum there is no option for a Mobile, Text, notification. You can set up the mobile, Android/iOS email client to get your emails on your phone.

3. What do YOU mean by "What Do Plans mean"??? Are you asking about Subscription plans or Supprt plans?
