Videoa all red

I have just upgraded from PSE2013 to PSE 2024. Catalog copied fine, but videos from PSE 2013 (where they would NOT play) will play in PSE 2024, but they are all in red colour. How do I fix this ?

Are you talking about playing the video in the Photoshop Elements Organizer or Premiere Elements? Can you post a short sample or give us a screenshot of what you are talking about. What is the source of the video?
