Wacom tablet pth-451, elements 12, after updating win 10 to the latest update, the pen will only move the image around whichever tool I use, after I go in close on the image.

    I have a similar problem. Though it happened after I updated my tablet.

    In photoshop, when I try to draw, it does nothing. When I'm zoomed in, it moves the screen. The only solution I've found is by double-tapping before drawing the line. However, this is no way to draw.

    I do not have the issue in paint. It works just fine on that software. The issue is only in photoshop.

    I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet, model CTL-470/K. My photoshop is Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. My system is windows 10.
