Wacom Tablet Lag

I'm seeking a solution to tablet pen lag in Photoshop elements.

I downloaded the trial version of the program recently and have been experiencing 2-3 seconds lag between drawing using the Wacom Pen and the line appearing on screen. The only fix I have found to this is to disable windows ink for Photoshop, however this completely removes pen pressure, making the program worthless for my needs.

I have completely removed all drivers, and updated them according to multiple different solution threads. I've also followed all recommendations for windows ink settings with no success.

But I have found no equivalent for Photoshop Elements.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
