Wacom WinTab Issues

Hi,

I downloaded Adobe Elements 2020 to try out on Windows 10. I had issues so I switched my Wacom Intuos 4 from using the regular ink drivers to using wintab with that psuserconfig file. It worked for one day perfectly. Now it no longer senses the pen pressure so I don't know if I just got lucky or that wasn't a fix for this because it looks like it's for older Photoshop versions.

If I'm going to buy elements I want to ensure that my tablet is going to work reliably with the software. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
