wants me to start a trial sub.

I bought the software at best buy and classroom in a book omline and reg. it. Now when I go to open my organizer it wants me to purchase a sub. or start a free trial.I was told there were no fees just buy the software and download your done.Any help Thanks

Photoshop trial is only 7 days, not 30 days.

Go to Help > Sign in from the Editor menu and enter your serial number.

I did that already so why do they want me to start a trial 30 day sub.
