Question

Warranty [PSE14 will no longer allow me to edit photos. PSE12 is fine.]

I bought Elements 14 last August and it stopped allowing me to fix/edit my photos. I also have Elements 12 and that is working FINE. I have had several people check my computer and they have told me the problem is with the program. I have tried to contact Adobe and NOTHING, no way to contact them. I would expect at least a one year warranty. Does anyone know how to contact them and what their warranty is? Also I have spoke to people at Microsoft about my problems with Adobe as they do a lot of business with them.

Tell us more, starting with which operating system?

What happens when you launch PSE14, open an image and try to edit it?

I'm using Windows10 and have since last June. When  the grid with photos comes up O click on a photo and then click a fix. This is followed by a dialog box that says I need more file space. I have check for unused file space and I have used close to one half of available space. I have also had several competent computer people check my computer and they say the problem is in the program. I also have Elements 12 on my computer and that is working FINE. I guess Adobe will do NOTHING for me and I will just use my Elements 12. So much for Adobe customer support.

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

Or, even better, a screencast, showing us all the steps you take from launch to dialogue box?
