Warum sind Fotos von iPhone17 auf PSE 2021 seitenverkehrt?

Ich habe PSE 12. Fotos von iPhone17 kommen von der Festplatte (Bilder) auf PSE21 seitenverkehrt.

Bei meinem Samsung S24 kommen sie seitenrichtig

    Just to be clear - you have Elements 2021?  

    What OS are you using?

    Are the images .heic format or jpeg (or raw)?

    How are you transferring the files to your computer from the iPhone?

    When you say they are mirrored, do you mean horizontally or vertically or both?

    I don’t know whether this is a translation issue, but do you mean mirrored or rotated?

     

    In any event, earlier versions of Elements have always had problems with correct orientation of iPhone images.  As far as I can tell these bugs have been almost (but not entirely) fixed in Elements 2026.  It may be interesting to see if you get the same results with the latest version.  You can get a 7 day free trial here.

    Hi Greg .LI, translation makes many mistakes, so use Google Translate

    1. I have Photoshop Elements 2021. 2. I'm using Windows 11, 25H2 3. Format: JPEG 4. Connection: USB 5. Photos are upside down (horizontal). I downloaded the trial version of PSE 2026. The photos are ok.

    But the function “change the fotos“ I have not find.
