Watch Folders not updating - Elements 18

Had PS14. Watch Folders worked fine.

Every time I added a new pic or pics to the folder, I would be notified.

Would import them, be able add tags, then select grid to go back to the entire catalog.

Updated to PS18.

Watched folders worked as above a couple time and has now stopped working.

Tried removing and adding the watch folder.

Tried repairing and optimizing the catalog.

Really liked that feature.

Please help me get it working again.
