watermarks [Help required to make a watermark brush in PSE18]

Question

I am trying to make a watermark brush in elements 18.  I have followed the direction in essential photoshop elements, I have gotten to the end of step 3 going to edit menu and defining my brush, At this point a popup happens that says I cant do this because I have not defined pixels.  any help would be welcomw. I too have a headache from this.

I too have a headache from this.Follow the steps in this tutorial and you should be all set.Two aspirins for the headache!The popup usually means that you are working on an adjustment layer or an empty layer.
