wenn es in Elements 2024 nicht machbar ist, dann hat sich meine Frage damit erledigt.

What operating system are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of what your seeing in your version?

In Photoshop Elements the tools cannot be rearranged.

It could be that your not in Advanced mode.

You can customise the toolbar

In fact you can have different custom toolbars, and save them with Custom Workspaces.

If we are missing the point, you need to give us MUCH more information.

so wie das gezeigt Bild, sieht mein Photoshop-Elements 2024 nicht aus. Siehe beigefügtes Bild. Sollte es dafür auch eine möglichkeit geben, würde ich mich für eine weitere Antwort freuen.
