What do I need to do to download PSE15?

It is now 1:18 AM, Jan 27 and I have been trying to install my paid for version of PSE15 since 4PM Jan 26.  That's just today...I tried several hours yesterday too.

Today one of the "experts" at Adobe asked to take over my computer, so he could solve the problem.  I thought that was a grand idea!  Time passed, and he told me my computer was defaulted to 32 bit and I had to contact Microsoft, because it was their system that was at fault.  Before I could do anything, my system crashed.  After it was restored I found my system was in fact set for 64 bit,  as it had been from the beginning.  So I tried to download the program again....TWICE.  It still does not work.

I have had Lightroom for years and looked at PSE15, thought it would meet my rather simple needs better than LR.  Because I bought PSE15, Lightroom let me out of the remainder of my contract.

Because my computer does not have a slot for a disk, one of the Adobe people took my information, credit card number and ordered and had the system downloaded to me.  I thought that was a great service and I thank him for trying to help.  I had to wait a couple of days for the right "switches" to be pulled at Adobe (I was curtley informed it could take as long as 24 hours) that was ok.  BUT IT STILL WILL NOT DOWNLOAD AND NOW MY LIGHTROOM PROGRAM HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN.

I have given up for today and am going to bed.

I will be on the phone tomorrow to Adobe unless someone out in the there has an answer for me.
